My work focuses on helping leaders realign their role with the stage of the company. That usually means redesigning leadership, delegation, and execution so the business can scale without chaos, burnout, or constant intervention.
I’ve lived this transition myself. After scaling a startup into a global company, I’ve worked with founders and CEOs since 2007 who face the same inflection point: strong effort, real traction, and a growing sense that something no longer fits.
Over the years, I’ve noticed that my background outside traditional business shaped how I see leadership and execution.
Time spent competing at a national level, years of meditation practice, and a non-linear way of thinking have all influenced how I approach complexity, pressure, and performance beyond business theory.
I don’t offer hype or shortcuts. I help leaders see what has changed, understand where misalignment is coming from, and design a way of leading that works for both them and the company they are building.
